He now leads real estate acquisition analysis, underwriting, and asset strategy full-time, with a focus on disciplined execution and long-term value creation. His experience in leadership and mentorship has helped many investors and professionals strengthen their decision-making and investment approach.

Detailed underwriting determines the amount of negotiating that can be done with a seller on price and terms. Our experience allows us to properly analyze an asset and mitigate as much risk as possible for our investors.

Contract Review / Due Diligence

We have established the best legal and due diligence teams for our syndications. This allows us to simultaneously expedite two incredibly time-consuming tasks that most beginning investors struggle with.

Closing & Reassessment

There is more to closing than just signing on the dotted line and handing over the keys. There is an equal amount of critical work that needs to be completed soon after to ensure the success of a syndication.

Enacting Business Plan / CapEx

We identify and prioritize the necessary projects and execute them based on funding and critical need. Simultaneously, our expert CapEx team gets to work by coordinating with asset and property managers to assist in stabilizing the property.

Stabilization / Refinance

This process usually takes just over 2 years (depending on the market) and involves everything from completing CapEx, to ensuring organic fair market rent growth, to managing tenant turnover, all while working to decrease expenses.

Sale/Disposition

When it comes time to sell, we prepare the property to show as cost-effectively as possible. Once sold, we ensure that we properly close out business transactions and 3 months after the sale, we deliver all sales proceeds (return of capital) to our investors.

Hablemos de la jubilación. Todos hemos visto esos anuncios con atardeceres perfectos en la playa, nietos felices y una casa hermosa. Es una imagen ideal… pero para muchos dueños de pequeños negocios, la realidad es muy distinta.

Si eres como muchos emprendedores, quizá estés apostando tu jubilación a vender tu negocio algún día o a depender del mercado de valores. El problema es que estos planes tradicionales muchas veces no cumplen lo prometido. Veamos por qué suelen quedarse cortos y cómo los bienes raíces pueden ser tu camino hacia un futuro más seguro.

Planes Tradicionales de Jubilación: Por Qué No Funcionan Como Esperamos

Escenario uno: Apostarlo todo a tu negocio
Muchos invertimos tiempo, energía y dinero en nuestro negocio pensando que será nuestro boleto dorado para el retiro. Pero cuando llega el momento de vender, puede que el negocio no alcance el valor que necesitas… o peor aún, que no sea tan atractivo para compradores como imaginabas.
¿Qué pasa si no logras crecerlo o escalarlo? Puede darte buen flujo de efectivo hoy, pero no necesariamente es un ingreso a largo plazo ni una verdadera estrategia para crear riqueza.

Escenario dos: Depender de cuentas de retiro
Tal vez has sido constante aportando a tu 401(k) o IRA esperando que con el tiempo se conviertan en un fondo cómodo para tu jubilación. “Tax-Free Wealth” de Tom Wheelwright. Ahí fue cuando decidí mover mis cuentas de retiro a capital que pudiera usar hoy para comprar activos inmobiliarios que se aprecian.

La Verdadera Solución: Invertir en Bienes Raíces

Aquí es donde los bienes raíces cambian el juego:

  • Activos tangibles: A diferencia de las acciones, el real estate es un activo físico que históricamente tiende a aumentar su valor con el tiempo. Estás invirtiendo en algo real y concreto.

  • Diversificación: Al agregar real estate a tu portafolio, reduces tu dependencia del mercado de valores. Además, puedes diversificar por mercados, tipos de activos y operadores.
